The changing business and technology landscape means that while the need and the demand for talent is increasing, the kind of talent required is also changing rapidly. It has become more imperative than ever for firms to identify and have access to the right talent at the right time – a key to maintaining competitiveness.

 

The war for talent is far from over. Firms recruiting talent now compete on a battlefield shaped by globalised businesses, mobility and social media. Faced with a scarcity of key skills and the rapidly evolving talent demands, firms that do not adapt are likely to fail at attracting talent. As a result, talent acquisition processes are undergoing a major transformation.

 

Technology is been seen as the panacea here. Technology implementation across the HR value chain is helping firms with selecting the right candidate. This study is a research initiative to identify the key challenges in technology for talent acquisition. It covers all aspect of talent acquisition- sourcing, recruiting and reporting analytics.
