Celebrating The Progress Of Women In Workforce
March 20 @ 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
We at NASSCOM believe that an equal world is a greater world. Over the last year, the world has searched for “gender equality” more than ever before. People are not just asking questions; they are looking for ways to understand inequality, seek inspiration, speak out, and take action.
Women continue to push through gender barriers and more and more of them are choosing careers in traditionally male dominated fields such as technology and engineering. Organizations across industries are embracing the benefits of a diverse workforce. But with benefits, necessarily come challenges of working across borders, cultures, and languages which needs to be addressed. It is imperative to build a diverse talent pool by promoting various segments of the economy.
This time at the Leaders Speak Series II a NASSCOM D&I forum’s initiative we’re recognizing what the world is searching for, and celebrating the strong, courageous women who are pushing us toward a more equal future. Come and be part of a discussion on celebrating the progress of women in workforce and what’s the transition been like.
