    • HR aspects: Work permits extension, hold on work permit processing, payroll related issues where employee may have used intra EU clause within ICT work permit to deliver contract in secondary location and could not come back to primary location (Germany), social security related issues
    • Commercial contracts: What to do if your client in any of these geographies invokes Force Majeure clause and want to revoke contract or is unable to pay for services? How to proceed if Indian companies wish to invoke any of these clauses because they are unable to service contracts due to travel ban?
