As you are aware, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) vide notification (No. 18-5/2015-CS-I) dated 13th March 2020, has amended the Other Service Providers (OSP) terms and conditions related to Work from Home (WFH), giving relaxation from some of the existing conditions related to Bank Guarantee, prior approval from DoT and PPVPN connectivity.

As per the amended conditions, OSPs have been permitted to use secured VPN configured using “Static IP” address themselves for interconnection between Home agent position and OSP Centre with pre-defined location. Therefore, in order to help the companies, to meet and implement the above requirements, NASSCOM in association with Other Service Providers Association of India (OSPAI) is organizing a series of webinars.  These webinars will also have technical subject matters experts from leading OEMs who will present and demonstrate how the requirement of Static IP can be achieved.
