BPM regional council meeting, discussed and covered various initiatives and priorities for the BPM industry, viz. rebranding the industry from BPO to BPM - launching a campaign called Become World Worthy, setting up the Consumer Interest Protection Task Force for the BPM industry, and in partnership with Ernst & Young publishing the first recommendation report, launching a Center of Excellence (COE).


The Roundtable is aimed at forming a  regional BPM council that will not only help in bringing forth pertinent issues and requirements related to the region, but also provide a platform to contribute and drive some of the key nation-wide initiatives.
