We are pleased to invite you for the session on Adopting Agile, DevOps and Continuous Delivery for Improved Productivity, Stronger Releases, Quicker Time-to-market & Better Return on Investment scheduled on Friday 28th April 2017, at 10000 Startup Warehouse, 7th Floor, Webel Manibhandar Building, Webel Bhawan Campus, EP-GP Block, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. In the world of software development, one of the main goals of adopting and transforming to Agile, is to produce working, quality software in short, fast increments also known as continuous delivery. Organizations often fail at agile transformation due to the wrong assumption that because they are "doing" - they have "become". It could be premature to "adopt" a practice before understanding "why" the practice was created. Therefore, the Agile Manifesto introduced the concept of agile development; breaking down software development into smaller chunks to accelerate feedback loops and align product features with the market need. While agile primarily addresses the needs of developers, DevOps initiatives and CD offers businesses much higher returns, truly realizing the goals outlined in the Agile Manifesto. To consistently achieve the following goals, without making any significant investments:

  • High-quality & reliable releases.
  • Higher efficiency & productivity.
  • Accelerated time-to-market.
