The idea is to manufacture a backpack with the exposed side of the backpack containing a rechargeable solar panel that can power up one tablet, cell phone, reading light, and calculator, a gps chip and a built in charging ports for devices, all embedded in the exposed side of the backpack.  When the user backpacks and walks in the sun, the solar panel on the exposed side of the bag collects solar energy and stores it for use later. when the user is not carrying the backpack, can simply leave the backpack in an area with sunlight exposure. A simple and no cost solution for millions of poor kids and adults who have no electricity even for necessities like charging a cell phone, reading light, calculator.
