AI has been around us for nearly a decade and it has been growing ever since. Even the pandemic has only boosted the use and utility of this technology. A technology that was earlier used minutely by big tech firms is now implemented by everyone in the game. People have now understood the importance of AI technology and are taking a keen interest in learning it too.

The AI has mostly been used to automate tasks and understand and analyze a set of data, but moving forward, I personally think that AI will be taking the driver’s seat in increasing the efficacy of the various tasks they are put into.

A small glimpse of this trend can be seen during this pandemic. Governments all over the world are using AI to predict the spread of the virus. Not only this, AI is helping scientists in developing vaccines for the disease quickly and efficiently. There are various industries that have implemented AI in their workforce and have seen the positive impact of it.

Let us now talk about the Future AI trends in detail

AI in cloud Computing - Artificial intelligence and the cloud go together to handle today's technology needs. AI-powered digital assistants like Apple Siri, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa have infiltrated our daily lives, from enterprises to organizations and surprisingly our homes.

For example, requesting an order online, making a payment, tuning in to music, posing an inquiry, and in any event, speaking with somebody over text or calling them straightforwardly should now be possible using these voice assistants that were made using AI and cloud technology.

For organizations, cloud computing has offered and keeps on offering the capacity to scale tasks in a viable and proficient way. Additional memory and quicker processors can be added rapidly; a lot of information (i.e., gigabytes, petabytes and surprisingly higher) can be utilized in a solitary data set by essentially provisioning more memory.

Cloud administrations, for example, IBM Cloud Computing, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure all use AI and cloud computing in conjunction. This enables even independent ventures to get amazing models that have been prepared on millions and even billions of data sets of information for a very minimal price. 2021 should discover much more AI companies utilizing cloud-based services to make headway rapidly so they can rather zero in their monetary capital on other fundamental business factors.

Voice and Language have driven Intelligence - The year 2020 has massively hit economies all around the world. Businesses and schools are directed to shut down. Businesses had to adopt remote working strategies to cope up with the sudden rise of the covid pandemic.

As the people are directed to touch fewer and fewer surfaces to control the spread of coronavirus, businesses and governments are adopting voice and language-driven AI to curb the spread of the novel Coronavirus. Especially in customer care centers, remote working has given rise to the use of NLP and ASR to review the interaction between the agent and the customer for maintaining the quality of their services.

AI and cybersecurity - Cybersecurity has been a topic of great concern for both businesses and individuals. Cyberattacks are getting more and more prevalent and AI might be the shield between a hacker and an individual. Attacks involving ransomware, which locks users out of their own system until they pay a hacker.

These attacks can be curbed using AI as AI would be able to differentiate between the owner of the system and a hacker, and if anything suspicious is found to be happening, then either it could just notify the owner or block the system for any use until the owner comes and intervenes. Training AI to learn user’s behavior can greatly help in preventing a cyberattack.

AI and healthcare - 2020 was the year, the world witnessed the most awful pandemic since Spanish influenza that happened exactly 100 years ago i.e in 1919. The healthcare services industry was overpowered (and still is) with clinical experts in danger of being tainted, exhausted, and exhausted. With an overpowered medical care framework, it implies patients with different ailments and infections that require crisis administrations can't get the therapy they need.

Utilizing AI, emergency hospitals and healthcare systems will be hoping to automate certain errands, like emergency and diagnosing patients, or assess clinical records of their patients to best evaluate high danger people or the individuals who may have something that was missed during earlier visits. This can restrict their vulnerability to get affected by the disease and provide needed assistance to the individuals who need it the most.

As recently referenced, Google's DeepMind made AlphaFold 2 which can reproduce the 3D DNA design of amino acids. This permits researchers to comprehend diseases more rapidly and hence quickly start the way toward making new drugs.

Radiologists and other clinical experts have effectively been utilizing AI to help check X-rays and MRIs to help discover infections and various health-related issues. 2021 should discover them inclining toward AI more as accuracy rates of these technologies continue to rise above that of humans

AI and IT industry - AI solutions for IT will see an increase in the year 2021. AI solutions that can error any or capable of detecting common IT problems will be on increase. These AI solutions will be equipped with t

he ability to rectify these small errors and malfunctions. This will decrease the aggregate downtime of the teams and will increase the output. This will allow individuals to focus on the main problems rather than handling these malfunctions on their own.

Conclusion

AI is all set to embrace us in 2021. All the industries utilizing it will have an increase in efficiency and will grow manifolds. The above-discussed trends can already be seen in our daily lives and will be more visible as we go deeper into 2021.
