Well said ‌ No doubts that Digital has benefited the workforce with better modes of working and staying always connected, organizations are also experiencing improved productivity and amplified business capabilities (when complemented by significant digital infra transformation). 'Digital' is a boon for sure. 

But roses have thorns too - While Digital has transformed the way we 'approach' work, from the organizations' stand point, it has also brought in a lot of complexities.
