Help make the digital payments helpline better

NASSCOM has been running the 14444 helpline for queries on digital payments since Jan 1 – queries on how UPI/USSD/BHIM works, or what cards or m-wallets to take up, etc. This is pro-bono for 3 months, thanks to six NASSCOM members – BPM companies – plus Deloitte pitching in. We are partnering with PCI and Netcore.

 

We need your help in testing this. Could you please dial 14444 and test out the helpline from your mobile phone? Ask any real question you have about digital payments, e.g. about using UPI or the BHIM app (please download and use if you have not yet). Please let us know if you:

 

       1. Could you get through to the IVR? What city and mobile operator are you on?

       2. Could you reach an agent? In how much time? Could the agent answer your questions?
