The GCC Best Practices for enhancing readiness of entry level talent has been compiled together with a vision to share learnings from across the industry in four areas – Internship, Campus Engagement, Pre-onboarding & Post Joining. Our hope is that the ‘actionable’ recommendations will help GCCs create a healthy talent pipeline, nurture right quality of talent, hire employment ready people along with enhancing relationships with academia.

These best practices have been developed through interviews with 30 GCCs across the country. We have highlighted some unique and interesting ideas and practices that organizations have benefitted from.
