Nasscom recently launched its edition of this year’s future of work report, one interesting aspect of the report is the broader coverage of the topic as it encompasses the three pillars – Future of Jobs, Future of workforce and Future of Workspace.

Interestingly, as companies look at ‘return to office’ post the remote era forced by the pandemic, organizations are looking at reimaging offices to make them the place for collaboration.

Before we get into those it is important to understand the three pillars which today are the key anchors for the evolving future of work as businesses are looking out to re-invent three major dimensions of work: the work itself, who does the work, and where work is done.

The report “Future of Work – Unravelling the Intricacies of New-Gen Work” dwells deeper into the insights across the three dimensions and what organizations are thinking on the same. Read the report to know more, follow nasscom community as we cover more facets of the report in my blogs.
