"A hybrid learning model maximizes outcomes, combining the flexibility of online with the effectiveness of in-person training."

Q1: How has your organization evolved over the years to meet the evolving corporate training requirements of organizations?

At Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd., our 34-year journey has been one of constant evolution and adaptation. From our early days as an IT training provider, we have grown into a trusted partner for corporate training, catering to a wide array of industries. Over the decades, we’ve witnessed monumental changes in technology and learning methodologies. By staying proactive and understanding market dynamics, we transitioned from offering general IT courses to designing highly customized, industry-specific programs that address the unique challenges of our clients. This journey has been fueled by our dedication to delivering quality training, leveraging expert trainers, and integrating feedback from our clients.

Q2: With the advent of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and Blockchain, how are you redesigning your courses?

Emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain are at the forefront of innovation, and we’ve made it a priority to integrate them into our curriculum. Our course offerings have been redesigned to include foundational concepts, hands-on applications, and advanced implementations of these technologies. For instance, our AI programs cover everything from Generative AI to natural language processing, while our Blockchain courses focus on its use in industries like finance and supply chain. By blending theory with practical use cases, we ensure participants are ready to apply these technologies in real-world scenarios, staying competitive in an ever-changing market.

Q3: With these technologies making inroads across industries, how are you customizing your offerings to suit various industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and Software Development?

The diverse applications of emerging technologies require tailored solutions for different industries. In BFSI, we’ve developed training modules on AI-powered financial analytics and risk management. For the manufacturing sector, our programs focus on smart factory solutions, predictive maintenance, and IoT-driven efficiencies. In the software development domain, we emphasize topics like advanced coding practices, DevOps, and AI integration into development pipelines. Our customization process involves in-depth industry research and direct collaboration with clients, ensuring our courses meet specific needs and create tangible value for participants.

Q4: In our recent study, we saw the growing demand for hands-on learning being a key ask coming from both students and employees. How is your organization managing that requirement in your programs?

At Pragati Software, hands-on learning is at the heart of our training philosophy. Every course is designed to include practical exercises, real-life projects, and case study-based problem-solving. For example, our Power BI training includes creating dashboards using actual data, while our AI programs involve building and testing predictive models. We also offer virtual labs and interactive simulations, ensuring participants can practice what they learn. This focus on experiential learning not only enhances knowledge retention but also equips learners to immediately apply their skills in their professional environments.

Q5: Post-COVID, there has been a massive shift towards online learning, while offline training has its own advantages. What is the ideal mix that you believe works in the current times? Also, does that differ for technical and soft skills training?

The pandemic has accelerated the adoption of online learning, but we firmly believe in the importance of a hybrid model to maximize learning outcomes. Online platforms provide unparalleled convenience and scalability, particularly for technical subjects like programming and data analytics. However, offline training remains indispensable for hands-on hardware work or collaborative tasks. For soft skills, in-person interactions often yield better results due to the emphasis on role-playing, group discussions, and situational exercises. At Pragati Software, we customize our delivery models—whether online, offline, or hybrid—based on the nature of the training and the preferences of our clients.
