Your Product - Hero or Superhero ?

Most of entrepreneurs are so driven by the problem they are solving and the product that they are building to solve a problem that they often, in the product journey forget who the real Hero of the their journey is !!

What did you observe ?

Some key questions that need answering

  1. Who is the Hero ? The product or the user ?
  2. What does the product do for the user ?

In this example, product is introduced only after a pain point is observed/understood.

The product is the medium by which the user problem is addressed.

The product makes a superhero out of the users by providing them with a way/medium to solve their challenge/problem.

The heros in this story are the grandkids who turn into superheros- all because of the perfect user-product fit.

Some key questions I would like to leave you with

  1. Is this the construct that you are using when you approach a potential customer for your product ?
  2. Are you ready to let your user be the hero ?
  3. Is your product capable of turning your users into a superhero ?
