As you are aware, the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) policy has been a cornerstone in propelling the IT-BPM sector's growth trajectory in India, playing a pivotal role in attracting investments, generating substantial employment opportunities, and fostering export-led growth.

In light of evolving business dynamics and technological advancements, we are undertaking a comprehensive review of the current SEZ framework. Our objective is to propose strategic policy modifications to the Government that will not only address existing challenges but also enhance the attractiveness of SEZs for the IT-BPM industry, ensuring their continued relevance and effectiveness in driving sector growth. To ensure these policy recommendations are well-aligned with industry needs, we are conducting a short survey to gather insights from stakeholders.

We particularly seek your input on operational inefficiencies, regulatory complexities, infrastructure requirements, and potential areas of improvement that could facilitate easier business operations within SEZs. Please fill the survey before November 18, 2024.

We encourage you to be thorough and specific in your responses, supporting your insights with relevant examples and practical scenarios wherever possible. Rest assured that all information shared by companies through this survey will be strictly confidential and will solely be used for the purpose of policy advocacy. We look forward to receiving your inputs.
