The future of healthcare isn't just written in lines of code; it's sculpted by a deep understanding of human needs and a culture that ignites ingenuity. For example, we take a unique approach to creating world-class solutions. Our critical focus is on building and nurturing a dynamic ecosystem, a carefully crafted flywheel designed to accelerate innovation and empower our product development teams that help to consistently redefine what's possible in healthcare technology.

Imagine a system focused on cloud operations, cloud-native platform architecture, and organizational structure, where every success feeds the next, where the satisfaction of our users directly fuels the ingenuity of our developers. That's the essence of our flywheel.

It begins with truly understanding the intricate challenges faced daily by healthcare providers and practice managers. This isn't detached market analysis; it's empathy deeply woven into our DNA, inspired by the direct experiences of the practicing physicians on our team. Their firsthand insights help us to stay focused on a mission to create tools that are not only technically proficient but also remarkably intuitive and deliver tangible value in their daily workflows.

In adopting this approach, our talented teams tackle real-world healthcare complexities with creativity and a strong sense of purpose. The success of our solutions, evidenced by positive feedback from our users and industry recognition, then fuels the next turn of the flywheel. We strive to relentlessly prioritize understanding user needs to guide the development of solutions, particularly those involving AI.

For instance, the healthcare industry has a big administrative problem. Twenty-five percent, or nearly one trillion dollars of healthcare spending doesn't deliver care*—it's spent on operational functions such as claim submission, quality reporting, human resources, and more. This leads to unnecessary costs to medical practices, many of which struggle to remain profitable, and immense burnout of healthcare workers.

By deeply understanding the administrative burdens in healthcare, we're developing a wide range of AI-powered solutions designed to automate tedious tasks. We're working to integrate AI across the patient journey to improve the experience by enhancing patient communication, reducing manual data entry and time spent managing faxes, and most importantly using AI ambient listening for clinical documentation to help physicians and providers spend less time documenting and more face-to-face time with patients.

This dedication to solving meaningful problems isn't just a goal; it's a core tenet of our culture. By promoting synergy between user-centric innovation and a rewarding, purpose-driven culture, we can effect meaningful change and contribute to a healthier future for all.
