First up is the market approach method. 2. Income Approach

This method depends on the expected future income generated by a company. To start with, you calculate the present value of projected cash flows. 4. Discounted Cash Flow Method

This method relies on making predictions of the current investment opportunities and discounting them back to the present value of those incomes.
