  • The managers and leaders should be vigilant enough about their employees’ physical and mental health.
  • Ensure none of your employees is burdened with work and does not feel stressed.
  • Stay virtually connected to the community and engage more in healthy habits.

Considering the circumstances, with rapidly growing cases, employees are ought to feel stressed out occasionally. Make sure you are always available for them to address their concerns. Your constant communication and support will make them feel equipped.
