This article is sourced from a Coca Cola document, so the impact may have been overstated. But this is not an isolated case. We also know of Pepsi contributing higher potato production in some states to ensure supply for Lay’s chips. Now, Coca Cola is influencing production in horticulture. Would anyone know of similar efforts by other large food companies?
