Many executives think that Culture is just what is written in books... But is it true? Does a company perform well without imbibing the specific cultural values in their ecosystem. My thoughts as an HR Professional who got a chance to work with different companies which were as large as 55000+ employees to as small as 150+ employee is that what distinct companies from Being Fair to Being Awesome is their Culture. Culture plays a critical role in the growth and success of a company because it can have a significant impact on employee morale, productivity, and retention. A positive and supportive culture can lead to increased engagement and motivation among employees, which can in turn lead to improved performance and can foster a sense of loyalty and commitment among employees. This in turn, can lead to improved customer service, increased innovation, and better decision-making. A strong culture also helps in creating a strong brand and a positive reputation in the market, which can help to attract new customers and business partners.

Additionally, a positive culture can improve a company's reputation, which can help with attracting customers, partners, and investors.
 
Moreover, a company culture that aligns with the company's values, mission and vision, and strategic goals help to create a sense of purpose and direction among employees, which is important for a company to achieve its growth objectives. A strong culture can also promote a healthy work-life balance, which can lead to increased job satisfaction and employee well-being, which is key for a sustainable growth.

In short, a positive and well-defined culture is essential for creating a healthy and productive work environment, which is essential for any company's growth and success.
