I have been reading various books to understand what can make an organization grow. Is it their Culture, their People, or their Leaders? What kind of Leadership Style works best to increase employee productivity?

While contemplating my thoughts I have added a brief in terms of types of leadership styles. I feel there is no one-size-fits-all leadership style that works best to increase employee productivity as different styles may work better in different situations and with different types of employees.

However, some leadership styles are more likely to increase employee productivity than others can be:

Transformational Leadership: This leadership style focuses on inspiring and motivating employees to reach their full potential. Transformational leaders create a vision, set high expectations, and lead by example. This style can increase employee productivity by creating a sense of purpose and motivation.
 
Servant Leadership: This leadership style focuses on serving the needs of employees and helping them to develop and grow. Servant leaders act as mentors, coaches, and facilitators, and empower employees to take ownership of their work. This style can increase employee productivity by creating a sense of trust and empowerment.
 
Laissez-Faire Leadership: This leadership style is characterized by a hands-off approach and allows employees to work independently with minimal direction. This style can increase employee productivity by giving employees the freedom and autonomy to work in a way that best suits their skills and preferences.
 
Autocratic Leadership: This leadership style is characterized by a top-down approach where leaders make decisions without consulting employees. This style can increase employee productivity by providing clear direction and expectations and maintaining a sense of order and consistency.
 
It is important to note that the most effective leadership style is one that can be adapted to the situation and the people being led. A leader who can use different styles depending on the situation and the employees will be more effective than one who only uses a single style.
