Leading Others means understanding the true impact your beliefs and actions have on others, and aligning your authentic, empathetic, inclusive self with those beliefs and actions. Leading Others has three core components:

  • External Self-Awareness
  • Mindful Communication
  • Cultivating Connection

It’s a complex and ever-changing skill set which requires open-minded commitment to learning and rethinking.”Radical Responsibility Radical Responsibility means taking complete ownership of self including thoughts, behaviors and resulting outcomes. It means stepping up to challenges with curiosity, self-awareness and courage, to ensure optimal and bold decisions. Radical Responsibility has three core components:

  • Personal Accountability
  • Wellbeing
  • Evolution
