The current Pandemic has accelerated the need for higher education institutions and professional associations to reconsider and re-examine their current business models. The main aim is to ensure the safety of the students and the different challenges they are facing because everything turned upside down for them because of this pandemic. To new online teaching methods, implementing of new education policies and new features in the online teaching methods. To make this all smoother everybody is coping up with their full strength and trying to become advance and learn new methods an adapting to the technology and new advancements.

In this rapidly growing or we can say evolving digital age, it is unimaginable for the institutions to remain relevant and sustainable without leveraging technology, because everything changed in a night and things turned up and down. Earlier colleges and universities have used remote learning methods for teaching and in person teaching. But Covid -19 crisis moved all the mode to virtual now posing different challenges to educators, institution and students. Institutes are now coming up with different tools and way to deal with technology and be up to date earlier the administrators were facing a lot of problem to manage operation off site. Now every individual is considering new priorities and is adapting to the change of process that is happening.

Institutes are coming up with new ways to make it interesting for students and they can learn new things via virtual way only that are: -

  1. Institutes are working continuously towards providing students with the best exposure and guidance by inviting renowned personalities of the industry in online webinars and competitions. Doing all this like this and calling it an adjustment would be a massive understatement. But the silver lining Is that we have the opportunity to connect, collaborate and share best practices looking forward.
  2. Institutions are taking examinations online and arranging different platforms for the students to gain knowledge and develop their personalities. Students are also engaging themselves in an online internship. Gaining work from home experiences because this is the time when they can do both gain knowledge also and practical work knowledge also.
  3. Institutions are also are preparing the students for the future with regular communication, interview, and GD classes through which they are developing their persona and becoming industry-ready.

The institutes are making the best use of technology they can and are helping the students in every manner they can so that they don’t lack in anything and get full knowledge may it be in a virtual mode because whenever the situation gets fine every student should turn out to have a good personality and good knowledge about everything they are taught and don’t lack in anything because of this Pandemic which has been caused as this was something not expected and one life should not be at stake in any manner may it be education-wise or any other.

Though one may not know when this all comes to an end one now knows how to make the best use of technology and how to succeed in life as we can see everything is turning online now from shopping to ordering food everything needs good operations and a good sense of technology. So it's better we all buck up with new ways of technology and adapt all these in our lives.
