Technology is pivotal to the survival and growth of the next retail revolution. By 2024, organized retail and e-commerce in India is expected to grow by 3X and unorganized retail by 40% (Source: Indian retail: AI imperative to data-led disruptive growth NASSCOM – EY June 2020). With technology at the forefront, the talent in the retail industry will also play a crucial role in the success of digitalization of this industry.
