Over the last two years, we have witnessed a significant shift in companies across sectors moving towards hybrid working.

According to a recent report by Infosys Knowledge Institute, their analysis of over 2500 respondents across countries highlighted that remote working should be characterised more as a growth driver than a cost saving tool. Also, companies believe that remote working works as a retention tool in talent constrained market, and higher retention a key driver of company’s growth and profitability.

Companies with higher retention grew more

Though, remote working has emerged as a key retention driver, there are many other factors that support talent retention.

Remote working is just one factor there is more needed to retain talent

Hybrid working is here to stay, what’s next?

In order to make sure that hybrid working continues to deliver business outcomes investment in automation and modernisation of digital tools is expected to grow.
