Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) is nothing but a reliable storage facility just for the internet. This facilitates storage and retrieving of any amount of data, anytime, from any geo-location, but just need to be on web. Introduction of Multipart Upload actually boosted this concept in an effective manner. Earlier larger data or file with smaller bandwith had a high risk of network issues. One need to know the data size before uploading. Multipart Upload enables large objects or data to be divided into multiple parts and are send it over in any order, or parallelly, or can be send at any time frame. This resolves a lot of issue regarding the bandwidth in which we are working in. This and more in Zerone’s latest blog: How Amazon S3 Multipart Upload Enables Flexible Uploads
