Ques 1. Considering the pace at which AI is evolving, how is SG Analytics positioning itself to ride the wave? How do you see LLMOps and Gen AI-led offerings transforming your services portfolio?

SG Analytics provides data-centric research and contextual analytics services to a prestigious clientele, including Fortune 500 corporations, spanning the BFSI, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Healthcare sectors. Below are some of the insights into how we at SG Analytics are uniquely positioned to leverage the advancements in AI, LLMOps (Large Language Model Operations), and generalized AI-led offerings:

  • Integration of AI Technologies and ESG values: We are focused on integrating AI technologies into our existing services or developing new offerings that leverage AI capabilities, keeping sustainability at its core. This ensures the clients get not only business outcomes but also sustainable outcomes.
  • LLMOps Implementation: Large Language Models, like GPT-3, fall under the category of LLMOps. Implementing LLMOps involves managing and deploying large language models effectively. We have invested in infrastructure, tools, and processes to scale and operationalize these models for various applications such as natural language understanding, content generation, and more.

In addition to this, the company encourages an org-wide learning initiative that is aimed at enhancing the domain & technical knowledge of employees through an external certification course fully sponsored by SG Analytics.

Ques 2. How do partnerships with ESG experts align with the company’s long-term strategy? How can coupling of a mature yet responsive analytics capability with an effective ESG strategy become a key to improving business outcomes?

As one of the major providers of ESG data, research, and consulting services, our vision is to enable businesses to achieve their ESG transformation goals. Our ESG as a service is a one-stop shop for rating organizations, data platforms, financial market participants, and corporates aimed at fulfilling their ESG requirements - from ESG data and insights to content, consulting, and reporting. We adopt an integrated approach towards harnessing the power of data with the purpose of positioning sustainability at the core along the entire data value chain - from origination, aggregation, management, modernization, and analytics to insights generation, harnessing data, and mapping it to specific goals to drive maximum and utmost value for all stakeholders. Additionally, SGA's rich ESG experience enables organizations to be proactive in achieving ESG eminence. Our experienced team of experts possesses a deep understanding of global business needs. Ques 3. As SG Analytics heads towards an IPO in 2025, what value do you believe it will create for investors? How would it help SG Analytics build more resources and capabilities for expanding what they do?

As we at SGA, speed along the trajectory of our growth and move toward our bigger and bolder goals, including going public in the next couple of years, we aim to provide new and unique insights that will help businesses, i.e., our customers, grow further. Our data management & analytics capabilities and research skills bring together context and data to generate meaningful business insights. We partner with clients from Technology, BFSI, Media & Entertainment, and Healthcare sectors for a range of services across market research, investment research, data analytics, data modernization, and ESG. In the coming days, we are planning to grow further in the US and the UK regions, tap into emerging markets like the Middle East, and develop a talent pool that is contextually and technically agile in nature and global.

Ques 4. How do you see the nature and role of data analytics evolving over the next few years?

In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) is poised to redefine the way organizations operate and innovate. With this transformative technology becoming increasingly integrated into enterprise practices, ethical considerations are taking centre stage, requiring organizations to navigate uncharted territory and address pressing dilemmas. I think Gen AI is going to be a game-changer. But it would need to be driven from the top. That’s one of the reasons why, from an SGA standpoint, I relocated to the US as CEO of the company. Currently, I am focused on engaging with the CXOs of large transnational companies and working with them to drive these issues with significant impact and effectiveness and really make a difference in the way people will perceive Gen AI in the future. Across our initiatives and service offerings at SG Analytics, we place sustainability at the core, enabling businesses to achieve transformational outcomes.
