Neuro Inclusion in Practice

Attracting, Hiring & Retaining Neurodivergent Talent

Listen to this article

The subject of neuroinclusion in the workplace has been growing in popularity for several reasons, including increasing diversity within the workforce and improving business performance.

There are numerous reports and studies that now show businesses that hire a neurodiverse workforce stand to reap a multitude of benefits, such as:

  • A broader variety of strengths
  • A wider range of opinions within the business
  • Higher levels of innovation and creativity within teams
  • Increased productivity
  • A more ethically responsible organization

Businesses that don’t currently have neurodiversity on their agenda may unintentionally be excluding a significant talent demographic from applying to positions within their organization. Those organizations continuing to do so risk missing out on some of their potentially most promising talents.
