NASSCOM, in partnership with Office of Commissioner of CGST, is pleased to invite you for a session on GST in Bangalore.

Goods and Services Tax- described as “Good and Simple Tax” is beneficial to the country’s growth but appears to be far from simple. IT/ITeS sector like any other sector has faced certain implementation challenges. Further, they were also few other issues such as multiple registrations across States, separate registration for SEZ’s, practical challenges in obtaining zero rating benefit, challenges in refund etc. being faced by IT/ITeS sector.

Part II: Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019

The scheme comes with a validity of 4 months starting from September 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
