Dear all,

As you are aware, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on November 5, 2020 introduced new guidelines for Other Service Providers (OSPs). The guidelines that are based on the principle of trust and self-regulation are aimed to promote ease of doing business for both voice and non-voice based IT service providers in the country. Several burdensome requirements that existed earlier with regard to registration, work from home, interconnectivity etc. have either been eased or removed by the Govt.

Given the significance of the guidelines, NASSCOM is now rolling out a survey to get industry feedback on the impact of these reforms on the business and any challenges being faced by the industry related to implementation of the new regime. The findings of this survey will be shared by NASSCOM with DoT to highlight the impact and seek further clarifications towards addressing the industry requirements. We thus seek your active participation. Please note the response to the survey will not be attributed to a single company, instead, will be presented to the Govt as an aggregate of the industry position.

The link to the survey is given below and it will remain open for participation till April 4, 2021

We look forward to your participation.
