In this regard, we have started the process of preparing NASSCOM’s Pre-Budget Memorandum 2022-23 (PBM) to be submitted to Ministry of Finance. 2. Building efficiency in litigation machinery
  3. Simplified compliance framework for Transfer pricing
  4. Fostering environment for Mergers & Acquisition and capital raises
  5. Other suggestions for enabling ease of doing business
  6. Any other suggestions
