As organizations come to terms with the new normal, many Global Capability Centers (GCCs) are having to re-imagine how we organize work, including rethinking hybrid work environments as the workplace for the future. Of course, these new work environments will be influenced by any changes to the business operating model. Having said that, it is for certain that organizations will benefit from pivoting to agile working methods while digitally empowering clients and employees. Therefore it will become critical for GCC leaders to accelerate capability-building by investing and developing talent as the situation requires.

The digital ecosystem powered by innovation and collaboration can transform the product horizons for businesses and help realize new opportunities. The advantage of speed, scale and value will rest with organizations who have a future vision for their business environment, deep understanding of clients’ needs and ability to put to work the power of imagination, talent and execution. GCCs can be at the center of this transformation by building muscle on value and growth mindset and developing revenue focus than just cost.

The talent of future will push organizations to bring changes in ways it attracts, develops and retains talent. Learning and upskilling will become key to being productive and staying relevant. Organizations that build a learning culture will ride the wave better than others. This will redefine value proposition for most GCCs.
