Process Re-Design Paradigm RightSteps For Decision Sciences In People Ecosystem

March 26, 2019 @ 9:00 am to 11:30 am

Digital technologies have created new possibilities for attracting, managing and retaining the right talent. To achieve these goals, Human Resources (HR) managers today have a powerful tool by their side – HR analytics. Analytics-led people, insights can be harnessed to drastically improve both employee engagement and organizational performance.

However, even as HR departments generate more data than ever before, they often struggle to turn their data into actionable insights.

How can they move from a short-term approach to meet immediate people needs to long-term solutions that are closely tied to the business?
Can they evolve from maintaining systems of records to creating systems of engagement?
To unlock analytics, full potential, organizations need to first assess their current data capturing and processing capabilities, re-engineer their processes to leverage the latest technologies and embrace a ‘change’ mindset. Adopting the LAMP framework backed by an integrated cloud and mobile-based data capture platform can play a pivotal role in steering the desired strategic change.
