GCC Leaders' Guide to Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

For GCC leaders, the challenges of building a diverse and inclusive workplace can be daunting. For a D&I strategy to be truly global, leaders need to understand the culture, the people, their customs and preferences within the regions where the business operates. They should focus more on the development of a global mindset and a borderless perspective and avoid implementing strategies that may work in one region but are irrelevant in another. However, a one-size-fits-all approach does not work in this case. So, we invited leaders from top GCCs to the ANSR Leadership Forum (ALF) to share ideas and best practices that helped them build successful D&I initiatives in their companies. Between fostering innovation and building a sense of belonging, we have put together important lessons for leaders to successfully implement D&I efforts that will have global relevance. This eBook, interspersed with insights and real-world accounts of GCC leaders, will inspire you to embrace diversity in its broadest sense and build global teams that work.
