In my last blog “Gig Workforce and the Impact its Creating,” we talked about gig employment in the technology sector and the impact it's creating on business and society. Coming to the last leg of the discussion in this blog I would conclude with the key challenges that the gig entails, industry best practices, and what various stakeholders can do to make it a success.

Future of Gig

However, challenges remain because of the lack of structured internal policies around gig, lack of trust, and culture fitment with the organization.

Considering the above challenges it is very important for organizations to work on the 4Ps – People, Policy, Process, and Practice.
