A recent Webinar by Everest Group focused on an important point of top global locations that continue to remain in focus for setting up global delivery centers.

Notably, the discussion highlighted that Asia Pacific continues to dominate the global services landscape accounting for more than 60% of the global headcount and over 50% of the center setups in 2022.

With the overall decline in talent demand which has been a key trend over the last few quarters EMEA and Latin America has witnessed a significant decline in demand, while APAC remains steady.

Country-wise, India continues to remain the top destination for new center setups in 2022, a trend that has continued for the last three years.

Moreover, India continues to witness a moderate increase in demand for talent while other countries seem to be experiencing a decline.


In India, majority of the talent demand for continues to come from Tier 1 cities while tier 2 cities are fast gaining traction.
