CHRO Handbook 2nd Edition - A perspective on return to workplace

NASSCOM conducted a deep-dive discussion with ‘40+ CHROs on their response strategies covering areas such as – Hybrid Work Models, ‘Return to Office’ strategy, Benefits and compensation strategy and planned/initiated changes in processes and technology.

With COVID-19 led disruptions continuing to impact the way we work, the HR teams are re-inventing and realigning their response strategies in an attempt to ensure employee wellness and minimizing the impact on business operations.

From widening the scope to include quarantine period and extending no. of bereavement leaves, to appointing Chief Fun Officers, the HR teams continue to devise thoughtful solutions to unique business challenges during these times.

In the second edition of CHRO interactions, NASSCOM conducted a deep-dive discussion with 40+ CHROs on their response strategies covering areas such as –

  • The ‘Return to Work’ strategy and timelines
  • Envisioning Hybrid Work Models
  • Re-alignment and increased focus on employee wellness strategy
  • Employee Benefits, and changes in medical insurance for better COVID-19 related support

 

Based on the insights and learnings from these discussions, NASSCOM has prepared the second edition of CHRO Handbook.
