"Transformation is on its way " : NTLF 2020

2020 edition of the flagship Nasscom Technology and Leadership Forum (NTLF) is back again with the theme “Tech in 20s: Coming of Age “ focusing on certain things like inclusion of the future of entrepreneurship in this new decade, business models, trust, value creation and creation of a winning enterprise.  The event was held in Mumbai between 12th – 14th February 2020 which is the 28th edition of NTLF which had over 150 speakers, more than 600 CXOs and 1,500 delegates attending the event.

NTLF is the global platform where big leaders and influencers bring together innovative ideas and thoughts and share their success stories to empower the technology world. The spectrum has given some amazing opportunities to engage in with big executives like Rajan Kohli, President-Wipro; Pravin Rao, COO- Infosys; Keshav Murugesh, CEO-WNS and many other big players of industry.

This year the forum had discussions about building trust through data and privacy, trade wars and sustainability and few regulations. Technology is changing with so much pace that it requires a lot of synergy to evolve. Today it is all about artificial Intelligence, cryptocurrency and block chain, tomorrow it may be all about Quantum. To deal with such advancements, an entrepreneur shall know every aspect of this continuous shift and phases of technology so that one can do better to enhance relevant skills.

This three-day event was bigger and better with eminent speakers like TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinathan, Infosys CEO Salil Parekh, Wipro Chairman Rishad Premji and Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran.

The list doesn’t end here the forum also welcomed Balasubramaniam Ganesh, Chairman of HSBC Technology India; Erica Brescia, Chief Operating Officer of GitHub; Katherine Wetmur Managing Director of International CIO and Head of Quality Assurance, Morgan Stanley; and Praveena Rai, Chief Operating Officer of NPCI. One experienced the success stories and struggle of leading women executives and leaders like Cathy Tormbohm, VP Analyst Gartner; Sushmita Mohanty, Earth20-bit and Megha Tata, Discovery Asia Pacific. Meeting these women who is actually breaking the glass ceiling everywhere, leaving footprints wherever they are going, was an eventful watch and ice breaker sessions for everyone.

Healthcare industry is really important for any nation and its growth shall be the utmost priority. Healthtech shall redefine the approach of health and wellness so that it can create a new blueprint for the industry. NTLF took pride in announcing that there were discussions on the same agenda with personalities like Pramod Bhasin, Founder and Chairman CUX Capital; Bhargav Shri Prakash, Founder and CEO FriendsLearn and so many others.

NTLF 2020 was an experience like no other. It brought new voices for technology, new perspective for intellectuality and a new broader thinking for the business.
