Dear Members:

We would like to introduce ProMéxico as the Mexican Government institution (under the Ministry of Economy &  the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), in charge of promoting trade and investment between Mexico and India.

In this sense, we would like to bring to your kind attention that the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), the leading Information and Communications Technologies association whose members represent more than 90% of the ICT market, in collaboration with the National Chamber of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies (CANIETI), is organizing the 2014 World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Considered Mexico’s Silicon Valley and the IT hub of the Country, the city of Guadalajara will host WCIT 2014 from September 26th to October 1st, receiving more than 2,500 delegates from more than 60 countries representing 300 foreign companies and 500 national companies.

WCIT 2014, supported by  the Mexican Science and Technology Council (CONACYT),  the Mexican Ministry of Economy and ProMexico, will accommodate workshops, conferences, networking events, institutional meetings, meetings with experts, B2B business meetings as well as an exhibition area in Expo Guadalajara, a leading exhibition venue in Latin America.

Drawing on the success stories of Indian IT companies that have started operations in Mexico, ProMexico India is glad to invite you to assist to this world class event in order to explore the business opportunities that the Mexican market offers to global players and the trends in the ICT sector.

Please refer to the event website for further information and register on the following link: http://wcit2014.org/registration/

Once your registration is confirmed please let us know to better guide you and assist you with your participation in WCIT 2014. The point of contact in India is Mr. Fernando González (fernandogonzalez@promexico.gob.mx).

Best regards,

ProMéxico
