It's about keeping communication open, so you're always in tune with what they need and want. By gathering feedback regularly, whether through surveys, user testing, or direct interaction, you can make sure your product stays on track and meets the evolving needs of your customers. 

2. Iterative Development: 

Think of building a sandcastle on the beach. You start with a basic structure and then keep adding layers, refining and adjusting as you go along. Iterative development follows a similar principle. Instead of trying to plan out every detail of your product from the start, you break it down into smaller, manageable pieces and improve it with each iteration. This allows you to adapt to changes in the market quickly and efficiently, ensuring that your product remains relevant and competitive.
