On November 21, 2023, the Delhi Motor Vehicle Aggregator and Delivery Service Provider Scheme, 2023 (the Scheme) was notified by the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD). 4. Aggregator to be liable for all the services provided to the end-user, except in case of vehicle accident, where the primary responsibility will be of the Driver.
    5. Ensure that the vehicles are kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
    6. Must include a feature enabling the rider to share the live location and status of the ride after the commencement of ride.
    7. Ensure transparency in its operations, such as functioning of the App algorithm, proportion of fare payable to the driver, incentives given to the drivers, charges received from the driver etc.
    8. Aggregator's Website and App and updating such disclosures, as perrequirement.
