1. Intuitive buying and selling - neural networks are used to figure out the right fit of buyer and seller among the many options available on market. Many platforms use this tech now

2. Automated lease management - digital systems are used to sift through the huge quantity of paperwork generated in each lease. The automated application then keeps a tab on the various parameters like when it's time to renew.
In fact these systems can be trained to pick out errors and mismatches in paperwork in a matter of minutes thereby making the whole process less time and labour consuming.

3. Virtual walk-throughs - AR and VR enabled walk-throughs and virtual tours are becoming common on all platforms that deal with the sale and rental of properties. They allow potential customers to view the property from the safety of their homes, while reducing time and effort spent by both buyers and sellers during the decision making process.

4. Smart chatbots - like in all other sectors, smart chatbots are becoming popular among apps and webpages dedicated to real estate as well. These chatbots modify their output based on the inputs given by the visitor thereby providing a more personalised service.

5. IoT - IoT (Internet of things) systems are now converting machines and equipment in the property into smart devices. These are then linked to cloud based management systems that are now enabling property managers to manage their assets and keep them functioning at optimal levels.
