India’s top 10 IT Service Providers accounting for over a million employees in total created only 200 new jobs in Apr-June 2017, however Gartner predicts severe shortage of tech talent by 2020 leading to 30% unfilled tech jobs. BCG analysis also shows that only 25% of the digitally skilled people are working at companies with 10,000 or more employees indicating that large service providers will have to think out-of-the-box to develop, attract and retain digital talent.
