Outcome First Culture

A balanced approach with focus on tangible work output measurement instead of just policy or rules driven

Renewed Goals for Employees

Focus on capability as opposed to completion of KRAs. Goals must be changed frequently matching with realities and develop of robust feedback mechanism for team alignment and networking

Digitize Hiring

Automate and digitize Hiring (pre-offer to onboarding), including assessment (domain and behavioral). Implement practices and enable hiring teams for effective video and tele interviews for better assessment. Implement practices that cater to Gig and contingent workforce hiring virtually

Inclusive Culture

More freedom to be given to employees to choose how they want to work and making arrangements to give the required support. Learning must be mobile, real time, relevant & tailored with focus on re-skilling
